Q:  How to get samples?

A:  Generally we can provide one or two free samples for checking, but freight collect

Q:  What is your usual payment term for orders?

A:  We accept terms of T/T in advance or L/C at sight for the large quantities order

Q:  When will the products be delivered if the order has been placed?

A:  For normal products, it will take less than a month to produce, for customized products it will take 25-40 days for production. Generally it depends on the order quantity and requirements

Q:  Do you have products certificates?

A:  Most of our products can be approved by CE and RoHs. Certificates can be provided if it is necessary for your orders which can be discussed. We will apply if we do not have at present

Q:  How do you control the products quality?

A:  We check the products one by one before do the bulk packing

Q:  How about after-sales service?

A:  We have a professional team which is in charge of after-sales service, also a service hot-line dealing with your complains and feedback.
